Set sail on a full-day adventure along the Na Pali coast and cross the sea to the ‘forbidden island’ of Ni'ihau. This catamaran getaway will showcase the beauty of the Kauai area as you take in Lehua Crater, Ni’ihau’s North Shore, the Na Pali Coast, and life beneath the sea as you snorkel in the warm waters.
Travel to a remote and pristine island
Board the Holo Holo catamaran and enjoy a breakfast of assorted pastries and fresh fruit as you sail along the Na Pali Coast. Making your way along the rugged volcanic cliffs with sea breezes in your hair, you'll cross the channel to visit Ni’ihau, until recently a ‘forbidden island’ because it was inaccessible to people other than relatives and guests of the owner. At Ni’ihau island, you'll drop anchor and snorkel in these peaceful and virtually untouched waters.
Relax and have lunch with a view
After you dry off from your swim, enjoy a buffet lunch with deli meats and cheese, pasta salad, vegetable platter and cookies, along with wine and beer. You won’t have to exert yourself on this relaxing outing. Just be sure to keep your eyes open for pods of dolphins or even humpback whales (in season) along your journey as you sail back to the Holo Holo office in Port Allen.

"Let me start off by saying I am not a great "snorkler" I do it but don't typically enjoy it---well this trip the snorkeling was AMAZING and I ENJOYED it.
If you are on the fence about doing this trip --get off and book it. My husband likes to dive and snorkel and this was his idea--I'm thrilled that we did it.
The boat trip over to the Napali cosat in the morning is very nice, kind of serene and magical. We saw dolphin pods on the way out both spinner and bottle nose, that was very cool. Napali what can I say breathtaking---beautiful---not to be missed by air or sea.
Niihau--wow so worth the boat ride over. We pulled in a channel between niihau and a barrier island. The snorkeling was great lots of bright colored fish, large schools of fish as well as a monk seal. I loved having the "noodles" to float over the coral.
Just one thing to keep in mind the boat ride can be "rough" so if you have a bad back you might want to forgo this trip with Niihau and just do a Napali coast tour."
