Lele, the original name for Lahaina, was the beach and home of the royal family of Maui. Let the spirits of the original family surround you as you embark on a musical and culinary journey of the island, as well as Tahiti, Samoa and Aotearoa, with a feast at lele luau experience.
Dine like a king
Experience a true and royal luau at this feast at Lele, where you will enjoy a five-course, sit-down dinner from the Polynesian islands of Tahiti, Aotearoa, Samoa and, of course, Hawaii. With panoramic, sunset views, you will enjoy a feast fit for a king, designed by the chefs at Pacific’O restaurant. You will find a first course of kalua pua’a and Lomi Lomi salmon to represent Hawaii. For Aotearoa (New Zealand), try braised short ribs in a kiwi soy jus and stewed mushrooms over baked orange and purple sweet potato. Move on to Tahiti with grilled mango ginger chicken and fresh island fish in coconut milk and lime juice. End in Samoa with a braised coconut cream corned beef and island fish stew.
Explore Polynesian culture
The feast at Lele provides private tables for your party and sunset seating with a full open bar throughout the show. Greeted with a flower lei and Mai Tai, take a seat and watch the dramatic performance showcasing dance, music, song and costume from each island represented during your dinner. Not only will you enjoy a gourmet dinner, you will leave with a greater appreciation for the Polynesian Island cultures.
