East Maui Waterfalls and Rainforest Hike
Passengers: Over 6 years old
From : 130.00 USD
You will get to hike in one of the most popular valleys on Maui’s famous Hana Highway. The valley is unique for having several waterfalls within a short distance of each other. You’ll get to rope swing, climb alongside the falls and jump into large pools under the falls.
It’s unusual for a rain forest valley to have this many waterfalls close together, so this is a popular spot on Maui’s famous Hana Highway. The hike is 2.5 miles round trip to waterfalls from 10 to 40 feet high. Depending on how fast you hike, you can reach three to five falls. Great waterfalls, big, clear swimming pools, fresh-water streams and tropical rain forests.
Plus, you can jump off cliffs into the pools. The whole area is a playground of beauty and adventure. Seeing a rain forest with a knowledgeable naturalist is both fun and educational. Your guide weaves geology, botany, culture and history into the joy of walking in nature. You’ll see firsthand why Hawaii’s ecosystem is unique.
